Handbag and Purse~~
I just love having a pretty handbag and purse. I am always on the search for the perfect color, texture, and size. You see it must look pretty on the outside. The next thing I look for in a purse is the inside; what color is it, how many compartments, does it zipper or snap close?
Handbags and purses matter; for they carry the things we need throughout the day or evening. Are you reading this, nodding your head, and saying “yes”. Sometimes I feel like I have found the perfect purse and then I may gasp at the price tag. I must admit that I have purchased a few expensive pieces.
For me a purse needs to not only look pretty, but to keep me organized. I don’t want one that is too big, because it would be too heavy and hurt my shoulder or arm while carrying it. As I am writing this I am having my own revelations about being organized and controlling my surroundings.
Our purses reflect who we are. The outside is what we want others to see, but the insides show a couple of things: a small purse may not have everything we need and the large handbag may be overstuffed and cluttered. I am a home organizer and I have seen a lot of things while organizing a closet.
What happens when we switch purses? I understand that sometimes we don’t have time to clean out our purse. We just grab what we need and toss into the next purse and leave the other stuff. When we don’t make the time to take care of extra stuff; it doesn’t go away.
The same way with our closets and life; we can become cluttered and disorganized. Schedule time on your calendar to clean out those purses and you will be happy to get rid of junk and maybe find money!
